Elen Grigg
From her youth, Elen aspired to be an artist. Along the way from California to
Washington, DC, Elen worked for the government. She moved to Fredericksburg to
become a farm girl, raising quarter horses for a time. Now she is back to her first
love—being an artist.
Her love for art began early in life, and she recieved her formal training at the La Jolla Art Institute and Orange Coast College in California. Married to a Marine, raising a family and working for the Deapartment of Justice, she managed to continue her love of art over the years.
She took up watercolor more recently and now its her favorite media.
