I am currently working on this oil painting, "Shenandoah Vista" in Bill Harris' art workshop. I enjoy and appreciate this venue at Liberty Town Arts Workshops for the camaraderie, helpful guidance, and the "muse" that permeates the site. Many of my paintings are inspired by places near and abroad that my husband and I have traveled to and the people and scenarios that have moved my heart. This vista is among them, with its embracing presence, beauty, and humbling scale. This painting will be exhibited at Brush Strokes in January.
